Although this page may help answer some of the most frequently asked questions, we encourage you to call the office with any questions that you may have.

I am very fearful of the dentist. What can you do to help me?


Fear of dental visits is a very common phobia and can lead to avoidance of routine care which will only cause bigger problems. Dr. Stock and her team are committed to making you as comfortable as possible at each visit. We offer televisions and music in each room. We also offer a painless injection system known as "The Wand". For extremely nervous patients, we can prescribe an anti-anxiety medication to take before your appointment or use nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation in office. Please call the office to determine how we can best address your specific needs.

Do you take my dental insurance?


If you have the freedom to choose your provider through your insurance (for example, PPO plans), we will gladly submit claims on your behalf to maximize your insurance benefits as an out-of-network provider. We offer a number of flexible financing options and discounts. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. You are encouraged to contact our financial coordinator to discuss your specific case.

How do you handle emergencies?


Every effort is made to see a patient experiencing pain on the same day that they call while still respecting our regularly scheduled patients. If you experience a dental emergency during non office hours, please call the office at (724) 935-0160 and the recording will provide you with a number at which to reach Dr. Stock. Once you speak with Dr. Stock, if it is determined that you need treatment immediately, she will gladly meet you at the office.
